We have just returned from the Tivoli Lagos, and I wanted to pass on my sincere thanks for giving us the same room as our last trip. The room was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are always very pleasant and the service excellent.

My mother and I came to stay at the Tivoli Lagos Hotel during the last week of June 2007. The hotel was fantastic and the staff were always friendly and professional. Everything is so clean and well maintained. I first visited the hotel 18 years ago and it is still as perfect as ever. We will definitely be back next year! |

Very well organized. Fantastic breakfast. Super clean Rooms (we had 2 rooms). Super friendly staff. Restaurant Chef & staff os Pateo velho are excellent. Very good cuisine. Duna Beach is also a nice place to eat. We enjoyed our vacation in Portugal. |

Was surprised to find that the hotel had so many rooms, yet still gives the impression of a small family hotel where all of the staff are so helpful and give a first class service. The Duna Beach complex also is first class. This is our 4th visit and know it will not be the last. |

Excellent hotel, service & staff. Could not have been better. Excellent attention to detail, very friendly and helpful. Food very good, good selection from which to choose. Live music good. Internet facility, free of charge, very useful and appreciated. Complimentary concessions at the Beach Club well organised and adds to the holiday experience. Will recommend to friends, would return again.

The Tivoli Lagos is probably the best hotel I ever stayed at. It is certainly the most friendly, spacious and welcoming one I know. Excellent food, drink and atmosphere. Sensible attitude to smoking (I am a smoker!). The Duna Beach Club is an unexpected bonus. Lovely staff in all areas. Suggestion – Keep on doing exactly what you are doing now and do not change anything!

I just felt that after my stay with Tivoli Hotels i needed to say a rather big thank you to all the staff and people at the Hotel, you made my stay here fantastic. Excellent service and really friendly and welcoming people.
I had the most superb meal up in the “Italian Corner” one night, it was fantastic. So thank you!
Duna Beach Club was also great good service and extremely well organised travel back & forth to the beach/hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the Hotel. Everything was immaculate.
One tip for the future – maybe more sunbeds – as the pool gets very busy!
Once again – thank you – and I’m sure you will be seeing us again sometime in the nearby future.

I like this hotel that is why I always come back one week in August to get some rest. Here I am well served. I already feel almost at home. Kindness, atenttion, good quality services, good facilities, good localization (at the center of Lagos), easy to access either by car or bus; transportation to travel back&forth beach/hotel... these are the reasons why I come back. I rest, relax and prepare for another year of work. I wish to return in 2007 with the same health and happy frame of mind to continue to enjoy this wonderful space - the Tivoli Lagos Hotel. |

Me gustó este hotel, por eso vuelvo siempre una semana en agosto para descansar. Aquí me siento bien servida, casi como estar en casa. Simpatía, atención, servicio de buena calidad, buenas instalaciones, buena ubicación (en el centro de Lagos), de fácil acceso tanto en coche como en autobús, transporte ida y vuelta a la playa/hotel... Estos son los motivos por los cuales vuelvo. Descanso, me relajo y me preparo para un año más de trabajo. Espero volver en 2007 con la misma salud y espíritu para seguir disfrutando de este espacio maravilloso, el Hotel Tivoli Lagos. |

Spirits beer and soft drinks are included in happy hour. Why not Portuguese wines? Excellent gesture to include tea/coffee in rooms, much appreciated by English guests. Free Internet facilities a great success. Made good use of meal deal package, excellent food and plenty of choice. Make more use of pink room/lounge afternoon tea/cakes? Overall a lovely hotel with friendly and polite staff, can’t wait to return.
